We support them and give them comfort and understanding through our quarterly magazine Hearts & Wings. The magazine provides a place for families to express their feelings, tell their story and acknowledge their lost twins. We are able to hold meetings in some areas including our Angel Friends monthly coffee morning in Auckland for those raising surviving multiples. We encourage anyone who has suffered this kind of loss or anyone interested in our group to contact us.

Gregg Lahood PhD (cand) is a childbirth-educator, transpersonal therapist and researcher who facilitates holotropic breathwork groups.

Within the context of these groups birth trauma (among other traumata) is brought back into the psyche in a safe and creative way for conscious processing, healing and integration.

Contact Gregg 09 415 9255 or email lahood@ihug.co.nz

Holotropic breathwork combines insights from Western and Eastern psychologies, it works with breath, bodywork, creative expression, music, art and group sharing. A holotropic breathwork group upholds the theory that the human body/psyche when placed in a safe environment will move towards healing itself of past wounds. The workshop process is structured to activate the 'inner healer' of the participants and support the unfolding of 'holotropic' states of consciousness.

This method is practiced world-wide, is safe and effective and has a special historical relationship to birthing, perinatal and transpersonal psychology.
